Guys Behaving Badly
'Confessions of a Shopaholic' was so OVERRATED!
It wasn't as good as all the advertising perceived it to be, but it was like your everyday chick flick only difference was it consisted of the not so good beginning, slightly boring storyline and the typical fairytale ending, you know what they say about PG movies... But hey! that's just me. However today's topic is about:
GUYS BEHAVING BADLY.
So I asked a couple of guys how they felt about being open and upfront with their emotions and feelings, it wasn't really a shock to find that most guys admitted to being slightly subconscious about coming across as gay or vulnerable about how they honestly felt about most obstacles in their lives specifically women and relationships.
But why not take a risk? Why not try believing in yourselves?
Not to say guys don't believe in themselves but if you really do what's stopping you from being honest and straight forward.. maybe the outcome or consequences?
You see personally I think they are afraid of these so called 'consequences' because most men hate being turned down they believe they lose some sort of respect or lose points in their 'men games' but undoubtedly they will have to live with that, all the what ifs and 'shoulda, coulda, wouldas', but isn't it worth it? Knowing that it just was or wasn't meant to be ...
On the other hand some guys thought that being blunt, abrupt and 'REAL' was the best option, these guys considered themselves as ALPHA MALES; always knowing what they want and grabbing it with both hands was easier to do than wait for someone or something else to direct them to it. By many this could be regarded as being cocky, conceited or even egotistical, in my opinion it shows power and the ability to know what you want and how to get it because undeniably most women want a man who can make important decisions easily and has to the capacity to handle anything thrown at them. But sometimes can't the truth be taken too far? Isn't there a limit to where honesty should stop?
8 out of 10 guys revealed that if sincerity got to a point where it was affecting the feelings of others they would reconsider being to crude with the truth.
Must men fabricate honesty to conceal the harsh reality of the truth?
Your thought on this? If not just SHUT.THE.FUNK.UP !
